CryoDerm’s Silicone Cups are intended for the practice of dynamic cupping. Cupping is a 5000 year old technique originally used in traditional Chinese medicine to simulate the flow of qi (Chi).
Today, cupping is used to alleviate pain and cramping, improve circulation and aid in inflammation. CryoDerm cups are made of high-quality transparent food-grade silicone. Silicone cups are safer and more hygienic than traditional cups. There is no risk of scalding as the practitioner does not need to heat the cups to create suction.
