Product Heat Warning
CryoDerm Heat products contain Capsaicin; some patients are hypersensitive to this ingredient. Some patients may experience excessive redness, discomfort, blistering or experience what they perceive to be an unpleasant burning sensation. Advise patients that this product contains Capsaicin prior to application or distribution of samples. It is advisable to place a small amount of this product on the inside of the forearm to see if it is tolerated by each patient. If the patient reacts to the product, advise them to use soap and cold water, dairy products, or olive oil to neutralize the effects of the Capsaicin. Never use hot water. CryoDerm Heat products also contain Camphor. It is advised that patients do not apply heating packs or cover the area as it may cause skin irritation, redness, or burning. Haven’t used it before, had trouble getting medication on the roller ball this time, found out it was thicker than the cold therapy one haven’t used it yet.

I love the cryoderm roll ons. I’ve just started using the heat therapy one….make sure you’re not sensitive to cayenne. I use it on my neck primarily and it has a very warm, soothing sensation that lasts for awhile. My personal preference is the cold therapy but this is a nice change. Both work great!
