    My husband's physiotherapist sent the individual packages to use after treatment. I tried it as well and it has proven to be the best product to alleviate pain in my shoulder. I highly recommend this product.

    CryoDerm is excellent. Not only does it take away the pain from arthritis and golfer’s elbow, over time it actually heals. I’ve been using for about two years, it was recommended to me from someone suffering a bad shoulder. I’ve recently bought as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law.
