    I have been an explorer and adventurer since the 1960s and as a result of osteoarthritis developing from extreme climbing, caving, mountaineering and skiing I underwent hip replacement surgery in 2012 and since then the osteoarthritis has spread to my back and hands. I've tried most of the regular products available in the marketplace but until a friend introduced me to CryoDerm roll-on I had not been able to get any relief for my hands and fingers. Now I use this product as my go-to relief source - and often a single treatment will provide relief lasting all day and sometimes it reduces the need for further use for several days at a time. Cannot recommend more highly than 10/10
