Cold /Hot Therapy Gel s
I have been using the Cold Therapy Gel for the past 3 years and I stand by this product, it gives me instant relief and mobility. The Hot Gel works really well too, however, make sure to only use small amount as it heats up really quick. I have tried all the over the counter products and even those recommended by my physician, only t come back to what I know works. It was my physiotherapist who got me on this treatment, and I am forever thankful!
