    This product has gotten me out of so many painful moments with my back! I also took it to yoga teacher training and everyone who got hurt came running to me to use it. I can’t run out, just in case!

    If you suffer from aches and pain or even more severe issues like debilitating muscle spasms like I do, this product works the best. I have tried all the over the counter products but nothing works as good as Cryoderm. This product will make you feel cold, especially in the winter time but it really works. The best part about the roll on is that you don't have to rub it in, just apply it. Also, it works great on sprains and bruises.

    This works amazing on my neck, shoulder and back pain. It's easy and clean to use and small enough to take anywhere. I don't use anything else because this works the best.

    We have been using cryoderm cold products for about a year now, including the spray, gel and roll-on. We give this a five star because of all of the products that we use from Cryoderm we find this one the easiest to use, and we can target a specific area without wasting any product, and it is very confidently packaged
