    very helpful for osteoartritis in my ankles. an application at bed time helps me get to sleep and feel better in the morning.

    I ordered this cold therapy hoping it would ease my arthritis pain however to date it does not seem to be helping. I ordered based on a reference from a friend. I will continue to use hoping that continuous use might help. Thank you

    My husband and I love this product. He uses it on bruises, sore muscles and for swelling. I use it on bruises, sore neck muscles, under my nose and neck when I can’t breathe out of my nose (always gives me relief!). And I put it on my shoulder before going to sleep because I have calcification and I have a painful nights sleep without it.
