    I have had this cream before . I have terrible cramps in legs and feet , charlie horses in my thighs.. Every day of my last ten years. SO severe it wakes me from my deep sleeps and I am screaming in pain. This cream has calmed it down. I usually put it on before I go to bed now to prevent the cramps from waking me up. Would order this every time. Great product.
