    I am using it on my kegs morning and night as i have neuropathy and they wont tell me what its from but i have had both knee’s transplanted. So trying magnesium to see if it helps . So far it seems to be. I also use it when i get cramps anywhere. And within five minutes the cramp is gone. I love the product. I also use the cold/ hot therapy cryoderm on my bad back i find theres nothing better than either of the products.

    I have used this product, Magnesium Calming Cream , for a couple of years. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my hip, shoulder and knee. I’m a triathlete and marathon runner. By regular use of the gel on my joints I’m able to train regularly.

    I use this product to calm cramping leg muscles. It works very quickly and effectively - much better than waking up throughout the night. If used before going to bed, it prevents the cramping.

    I was introduced to the Magnesium Calming cream a year ago and I have been using it for my arthritic shoulder and knee. I have regained full mobility and strength completely pain-free.
