Magnesium Calming Cream
My chiropractor gave some of this to my RMT to use to try to calm down muscles that were guarding an injury, and other methods were not overly effective. Felt a difference immediately after that massage. It was temporary relief as the muscles were so used to guarding the area but I’m using this as part of my treatment now and seems to help as I’m improving. As per Cryoderm, this can be used along with the cold spray that helps with inflammation.
